Big shoutout to Sangjoon and all the amazing staff at Saranghair! I’ve been coming here for the past two years since they opened, and I honestly love every visit. I regularly go for perm/ color/ treatment, and Sangjoon always gives thoughtful advice even when I throw him some pretty challenging requests hahaha! Everyone here is super friendly and makes sure I’m comfy the whole time. The vibe of the salon is spot on, feels just like a cute café in Seoul. It’s tough to get a slot sometimes but just shows how popular they are! Plus, you will be entertained by their 2 real big bosses Monan & Ongdong 😻😻 Tips: Book way in advance, and if you can, try to avoid weekends!

Been supporting SangJoon for a few years, even before he opened Saranghair. Love how he always pays attention to detail when cutting hair, and he’s especially careful to maintain the hair’s condition during perms and coloring. The staff are all super friendly and welcoming, and they also offer nail and Korean facials now! Big time-saver! Monan and Ongdong are super cute and fun to be around too ^^

Tried signature treatment-infused perm, and the curls are so bouncy while keeping my hair soft. Love this place! I came for a treatment-infused perm and left with the softest, most bouncy curls. The best part? I got my nails and a Korean facial done at the same time, total time-saver. The team is super friendly, and the salon has a cozy, café-like vibe. Price was transparent and no hard selling at all. Will definitely be back!

I’m extremely disappointed with the haircut and color I received from Sang Joon, the owner of Sarang Hair. I had high expectations given his position, but the result was far from what I asked for. The cut was uneven, lacked proper blending, and did not suit me at all. It felt rushed and careless rather than detailed or professional. Despite explaining clearly what I wanted, the final outcome looked completely different. For the price and reputation, I honestly expected much better quality and attention to detail. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet my expectations, and I left feeling disappointed and dissatisfied.

First time visiting Saranghair after a recommendation from family. Service is truly good from literally everyone and my hair stylist, Marcus, took his time to slowly explain the types of perm based on what I was comfortable with. Before starting the process, they will also show and explain the breakdown of how much it cost based on service u seek, so u know what and how much u are paying for. Highly highly highly recommended if u are looking for a good hair salon in JB 👍🏼!!!
