Regret getting my hair washed n blow dried here. Their shampoo isn't good n the staff simply pumps more n more shampoo than necessary for the volume of hair. And I doubt if they use any conditioning. My hair turned out dry n frizzy. It's never happened when I get it done elsewhere, where my hair remains sof n shiny for the next 2 days. The staff doesn't know to handle small nails, she cut it deep into my skin. She could have instead told me she is not trained to do small nail beds. No one would believe I paid to get such mediocre nail care. Money gone the drain. The place has more staffs than customers n too noisy n no privacy for female customers as it's a unisex salon.

I recently visited Ray Hair and Beauty Salon and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Upon entering, I was struck by the overall condition of the salon; it appeared run down, with visible mold, holes in the walls, and flies buzzing around. This made me feel uneasy and concerned about hygiene standards. I had booked a waxing session, which included half leg waxing, underarm waxing, underlip and chin waxing, and eyebrow threading. The total cost was 165 RM, which I expected to reflect a quality service. However, the waxing itself was not up to par. Despite having only about three weeks of hair growth on my legs, the therapist struggled to wax it out completely, leaving behind patches of hair. Overall, I left the salon feeling unsatisfied with both the ambiance and the quality of the services provided.

I have been here 2015 years.(11 years ) Highly recommended this Ray Hair & Beauty Salon. Staffs are really friendly and especially Rajni. Such an adorable darling and very kind. Love her touch and very satisfied with her styling. Will be back again. Really good service Services

Ray saloon is one of my favourite. Especially rajeeni her work is very clean and professional I always do my eyebrow threading with her .I highly appreciate their professionalism and the quality of work. I absolutely love it! Rajeeni is a polite and skilled hairstylist also . She provides consistent services every time and the prices are also reasonable.
