We only have limited time to spend; they are fast to reply and set our appointment for the next hour. Jianteo takes care of design and quality really well, Mr likes the cut and color - we are happy and would love to be back next time. Price is reasonable 👍

Chance upon this hair salon while waiting to collect my car. I was served by Terry, he was attentive to my requirements and explained how my haircut is gonna be and why. He was patient and meticulous; I am very happy with my haircut and rebonding. I will be coming back for sure.

I had bad experience at their services. I have booked appointment at 12.30pm in advance and they have confirmed my booking. I even reached at 12.10pm 20 min earlier. When I reached salon, the girl at reception asked me to sit down first, and no one attended to me afterwards. I waited until 12.40pm but the hairstylist still didn't show up yet, I asked reception girl where was she, she just said "she will be here in 10min, u wait a moment I will wash your hair first ". But end up I waited until almost 1pm, hairdresser still not here, and my hair hasn't get wash yet. I already felt annoying and asked to cancel appointment. It's not about waiting, but I think staff should at least inform customer have to wait awhile as hairdresser not ready yet or what, they just let customer hanging there without any update, nor serving a cup of water, nor offering other options, totally nothing. And one more point is that it wasn't crowded that time. If hairdresser was busy with other customers I can totally understand, but it wasn't. It's disrespectful of customer's time. I don't think I will visit again.
