Walked in after finding the salon on Google. I paid RM550 for a keratin treatment. Most of the treatment was done by a stylist who seemed junior (not sure). Only the last part was handled by whose appeared more senior. During the treatment, I felt the product used was quite little, so I was already worried about the result. The effect lasted only a bit over two weeks before my hair went back to curly. Based on my experience, I feel the service was not worth the price. Sharing this to help others decide.

Thank you to Micky, Alex, and the two other hairstylists whose names we didn’t manage to catch (sorry). I truly appreciate how professional and sincere the team is. They take the time to genuinely recommend treatments and colours that suit you, and clearly explain how to achieve the look you prefer. Most importantly, there was no hard selling at all, which makes the experience so comfortable and trustworthy. This is exactly the kind of service that makes me want to come back again. 💇‍♀️✨

My hair hasn't looked this good in ages! Winnie is a skilled hairdresser who is also attentive to the customer. She knows the styles that suits the person and gives really good advice when consulting her. Calm and peaceful atmosphere, great service, attentive and friendly staffs! Highly recommended this place. I will definitely be coming back again.
