Saya sudah lama menjadi pelanggan tetap salon ini sejak mereka di prangin mall sehingga mereka berpindah kesini.. Saya puas hati dengan layanan bos dan staff disitu..sudah macam keluarga.. Service bagus, tempat selesa, potongan rambut pun ikut kesesuaian sy..jadi setiap bulan pasti saya ke sini.. ♥️♥️

Very satisfied. I went there today without an appointment and even though they were busy they managed to fit me in, in only 15 min or so. The owner (I didn't catch her name unfortunately) was very friendly and talkative which helps the time pass. She gave me a nice haircut, wash and head massage. And she was a true professional, after she blow-dried my hair she noticed a small adjustment was needed with my hair cut and she didn't hesitate to ask if she can work on it and take care of it. At other places I've had similar situation come up before where they didn't offer to address the issue after they clearly noticed it and I've had to point it out and ask for adjustment. I was more than happy with the level of service. Small note for visitors, there is a white doorbell at the main door which you have to ring for access to the hair studio. Humble suggestion for the owner. In dealing with you I was very satisfied as the service was lovely, but when I first got there I was not greeted with a hello or smile or how can we help you today. Maybe it's a cultural thing that I am not used to here in Malaysia. If you welcome the customer with a hello, a smile, and how can we help you comment, it will go a long way with making customers feel welcomed😊

Been travelling for 6 months and my hair was in need of attention. Walked into Elegance this morning and was met by Wan Xing. Space for me straightaway. I had a fabulous experience, never had a scalp analysis before or any hair treatment. Wan Xing explained everything she was doing, and why, while we were sitting waiting she recommended places to visit and food to eat. The massages, head, neck, shoulders were lovely and my hair cut is excellent. My scalp feels refreshed and my hair is the softest and lightest it's ever been. Thank you Wan Xing for a thoroughly enjoyable experience, you did an amazing job. 😀
