I just walked in and was welcomed with very kind and proffesional Justin who gave me a consultation. The day after I've got a great keratin treatment exactly for my hair and needs. I was reluctant to keratin treatment before but thanks to Justin I recognized there're gentle and save options out there and that what tjey use are very good brands. I felt being in save hands and all the treatment was very comfortable and proffesional. I also got great scalp peeling and massage as well as recommendation to my routine and products I'm using. Very recommended! Will definitely come again if in Malaysia!

I’ve just stopped by the salon to book a simple wash and blow-dry. The staff member was overly pushy, repeatedly trying to upsell me on more expensive treatments I did not ask for. When I requested an appointment for the basic service, I was asked for a deposit — something I’ve never been asked for anywhere else for such a routine service. The interaction felt unprofessional and off-putting, and it was enough for me to decide not to book. I hope the salon reassesses its approach to customer service.

狠狠避雷这家店！！！ 长头发的必须强制消费洗头发30 。一开始我给他看照片剪，我的头发有中分剪不出图片一样的形状，剪了后我不满意 之后我就换空气刘海，他把我中间的刘海剪到又多又短。我和他说这个情况他硬硬讲我的刘海之前是中分剪不出我要的图片一样，我认为这个和我中分没有关系，他剪旁边的刘海衔接不自然剪短了就是死死要讲我左边刘海少右边的多。 本来已经消气了 绑头发时看到我耳朵旁的鬓角丑到哭，我剪那么多次没有一次鬓角是往外翘的，特别特别丑。 而且店员对于他剪的发型使顾客不满意也不承认和道歉，我和他说剪太短了 他说那没办法 你不喜欢只能等两三个星期留长了 另一位店员说可能每个顾客有自己的审美 到最后就是死死不道歉就是了 我认为态度不是特别的好 这是我剪过最失败的一次刘海 如果要剪刘海我真的觉得避雷这间店。

Disappointed with my visit. I came in while on holiday, just wanting a simple wash and trim, nothing fancy, just a light refresh. Unfortunately, the experience felt more like a consultation on my hairlines than a haircut. The staff kept trying to push hair products on me throughout, which made the experience uncomfortable. I had paid extra for a more experienced director stylist, expecting better. Instead, I walked out with a poor cut. I specifically asked for a light trim, but she shaved far too much off the sides. It’s not a terrible cut, but it’s definitely not what I asked for, and it will take a while for the sides to grow back. What’s frustrating is paying for experience and receiving the opposite. Overall, disappointed and inconvenienced.
