Disappointed as the price for hair cut was cheaper the first time I went and the next month it was much more expensive. The shampoo I bought from them claimed by them to be the best , extremely expensive but my hair dropped so much, my hair was so dry.The price for scalp treatment is ridiculous but not much improvement from it. The hair treatment is not reasonable price.There are better well known salon services in Penang.
This is my second review since the first 5 star review was forced out of me in order to obtain a free sample product. This time around I went for touch up rebonding and ended up ‘professionals’ here did a very terrible job. I was called in to redo the rebonding with an additional treatment at a cost of 98 MYR, which I agreed to. However, when it’s time to pay, I was shocked to see the total had jumped to 128 MYR. When asked why the sudden hike in price, they told me they had added ampoule into the treatment considering my hair is extremely dry and this was done without any prior consultation or notices of additional cost given to me. This salon is all about squeezing money out of customers without informing them beforehand. This kind of practice is unprofessional and misleading. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!
