Took both my wife and I immediately and did a great job on both of us. Well prices and friendly. Love the fact that it’s hidden around the 3rd floor in the main concourse area.

Service is great and they customise to your hair needs. Did not get name of the hair stylist, it was a relatively young stylist, but the hair cut was good. There is a surcharge of RM10 during the CNY month in Feb.

Got a colour, perm and hair treatment at A-Saloon. Ivan and Adam were my hairdressers, they were excellent. Their service was impeccable and my hair turned out exactly as how I wanted it.

Visited this place as it was highly rated but left feeling very disappointed. (TBH, felt as though we were scammed). Made an appointment as we were told the perm cost 248RM. Showed them how I’d like my perm done with reference video, but I was told my hair is too short to be permed. (Video showed a guy with shorter hair than mine getting a nice perm - will attach the video in this review) Was recommended twist perm instead and I decided to follow the recommendation not knowing it cost 100RM more. Topped up an additional 100RM again as they recommended scalp treatment to protect my scalp from the perm. After the twist perm, I could not see any difference between my normal hair & post-perm. It just looks like a typical bed hair… Ended up paying 448RM for bed hair…

I had mixed feelings about this salon at first, but overall I feel very disappointed with my experience. How come the stylist at the beginning can very friendly but after that totally ignoring customer. I made an appointment on 30/12/2025 after reading reviews and spoke with the stylist Ivan, who was friendly on the phone and confirmed the wash and cut price of RM88. When I arrived, a free scalp scan was done, but multiple staff repeatedly tried to hard sell products and treatments even after I said no many times. This made me feel stressed and uncomfortable. The hair washing process felt rushed and rough, with sudden changes in water temperature. For a paid service, the experience did not feel careful or professional. The female staff that helped me washed my hair is Eny. The haircut followed the requested length, but the final style did not match what I had discussed earlier. After payment, communication felt rushed. When I tried to contact the stylist the next day to discuss a possible adjustment, I did not receive any response. I believe customers should not be pressured to buy treatments, rushed through services, or ignored after payment. Unfortunately, this experience did not feel worth RM88, and it may be my first and last visit.

The vibe was calm, not too noisy or crowded, and the results were amazing — smooth, lightweight hair that actually lasts. The price is a bit higher, but you can feel the quality. Definitely worth it if you want peace of mind and good results.
