this is my first visit here. I been looking a saloon that can make hair tattoo and hair city can do it. Tq so much wen. I love it so much

I recently visited this hair salon and was very pleased with the excellent service and the capable, friendly staff. They are skilled at what they do and really take care of their customers. However, there is one issue that affected my overall experience — the presence of a cat in the salon. While the cat is cute, it’s not really suitable for a hair salon environment. I noticed cat fur (bulu) around the area, which raises some hygiene concerns, especially for a place that handles hair and beauty treatments. If the salon could improve on cleanliness and maintain a pet-free zone, it would easily deserve a full 5 stars.

Arrived on time but waited over 30 minutes. I was looking for strong cutting skills, and the salon recommended their director. Unfortunately, the result was completely different from what we discussed. The fringe was cut while wet without considering shrinkage, and the layering flips outward instead of inward. For a premium director-level price, the outcome does not justify the cost. Very disappointed.
