Harap perbaiki produk yer wlaupun cust hnya buat gel express only. Thx ☺️

Pretty good. Might have to wait on walk-in as service is popular. Men's Pedicure cost RM78, which is RM20 more than for ladies as listed on picture.

Randomly came across google on this nail spa outlet, very fast service and work is very nicely done! Price is also affordable, not too expensive and staffs are very friendly. Found a go to nail spa in sutera 💕

Managed to get a walk in appointment on a Tuesday. The place was big, bright and clean. Staff were friendly and very professional. Their services is very good and gentle. update: one small part of my nail peel off later in the day. hopefully the rest remains!

Came here last Friday with some friends. It's a new nail salon and it was really clean and had a good, cosy vibe, playlist quite on point too. My friends all seemed to have quite solid experiences and we ended up buying a package, so the overall experience wasn’t bad. That said, I think I got the short end of the stick. I went to the toilet before the session and ended up being seated last, and it felt like I got a trainee. While the other techs had cool designs on their own nails, mine had really plain ones (which usually says something). My cuticles were over-pushed and then cut too deep, causing bleeding (the almost black dots near my cuticle are spots that were nipped not moles). When I flinched in pain, I was met with a surprised "很痛啊?" followed by being asked if I’m usually this sensitive. I’m not, so that was a bit frustrating. Also, it's only been three days and my gel polish has already chipped and the polish on my index finger is peeling. We were told their gel is long-lasting and peel-resistant, so that was disappointing. Would love to see more skill consistency between techs, especially since we committed to a package. Not a total write-off, but definitely room for improvement.

First time here and it was a great experience! The environment is clean and spacious. Prices are reasonable too, which is a big plus. 🤭 I was attended to by two lovely ladies for both my manicure and pedicure. They were very detailed in their work, from carefully removing the previous gel polish, shaping the nails, to trimming the cuticles. Both were super friendly and professional throughout the process. 🥰 One of them, Penny, whom I found through 小红书 (PennyWenn) is a freelancer so you'll need to make an appointment with her through social media. She did an amazing job correcting my ingrown toenail with acrylic. The results were fantastic, no pain at all during or after the procedure! She was gentle and constantly checked to make sure I was comfortable. You can see from the photos how well it turned out! No more ingrown pain! 🤩 The other lady, Lily, did my manicure and was able to recreate a nail design I had seen online. She was very detailed and consulted with me at every step, from choosing colors to the hand-painted design, to ensure the outcome was exactly what I wanted. I also requested an overlay (建构) for a thicker nail finish, and the final result was beautiful. I especially loved the delicate flower art she drew! ❤️ Overall, a wonderful experience! I’ll definitely be coming back! 💯
