I like their work and how they do the job properly. I also understand that it is part of their marketing strategies to persuade customers to take their services package, however I dislike when they keep on pushing customers to take their packages and give bad comments on customer's hand condition when we politely decline. most people did't have the luxury to do mani pedi every week and tose rough hands that were commented negatively? those are the hands of people of doing heavy workload and labor and some may have skin conditions. so do not simply be judgmental and give negative comments just because you work in a beauty line where u have the luxury and access for nail services and products.

My nails are not beautifully done. Look hideous as if not done by an old expert. Nail cutting not neatly done

I went to this spa just for removed my nail colour but then they ask me to do mani n padi eventhough i just did it 3 days ago. At first, the first lady told me its cost me 140 for mani n padi. Then they keep persuade me to take their package as well for many times. Im not decided yet coz i wanna see how good their services. Then its time to pay and i was shocked they charged me for mani n padi for 270. I was in hurry coz my lunch hour almost done and i did not have time to query what was cost until i had to pay for 270. Fortunately i did not take their package and its for my first and last time i did my nail at their spa.

First time doing me and my sister's foot spa here! Love love love Mrs Joy! She is so fun, super friendly and the service is tip top! We gave 5 stars! Highly recommended!

Joy definitely know how to clean nails with extra careful. I like the professionalism and kindness. The place is very clean.
