Just got my nails done yesterday. I wanted round nails, clearly showed picture from her own page, but she did almond. She said will become round after colour, which clearly won’t and didn’t. I did promotion nail extensions with gel colour for rm120. The nails were not smooth too. The options for the colour she showed were extremely less. But according to their social media their jobs were excellent. But in person, she showed very little. Could be because of the promo or what I’m not sure but the lady was extremely unwelcoming and harsh with my hand. Twice I shouted in pain and pulled my hand vigorously. Rude and unwelcoming. Thank you for the service but never coming back.

Had the best experience here. Ms Swan is absolutely amazing and extremely thorough with her art. I loved the way my nails turned out. Highly recommend this place and they’ve got very reasonable prices too. So glad I found this gem.

The shop owner is very friendly, enthusiastic, professional and the place cool and clean. The nail polish color is very satisfactory to me and the nail care is very good. I also chose the option to attach stickers for cuteness.

I came in for a mani-pedi and had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly, the salon was spotless, and they paid great attention to detail. My cuticles were cleaned perfectly, the polish is smooth with no streaks, and the foot massage was so relaxing. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I recently had a wonderful manicure and pedicure at By Swan SS2. The small shop lot inside salon was clean and relaxing, and the staff (P’Auto) were incredibly friendly and professional. My technician was very skilled and gentle. She did a fantastic job shaping my nails and applying the polish. The massage was also very relaxing and helped me unwind. I left feeling refreshed and looking great. I highly recommend By Swan SS2 for anyone looking for a luxurious and enjoyable spa experience.
