I have been a loyal customer at this nail salon for almost 2 years, primarily because it is conveniently located near my home. However, the service has consistently been below average. Today, I had an appointment at 1pm. Upon arrival, I noticed the staff looked at me, said something in their language, and laughed. While I was sitting there, one of the technicians did not greet or approach me; instead, she continued chatting with her colleague, despite another customer already being attended to. It was apparent that they were talking and complaining about me. I often request corrections when there are issues with my nails, such as bubbles or uneven application, which I believe is a reasonable expectation given the price of their services. Shockingly, they were mocking me in Chinese, and I noticed another customer peeking at me during this exchange. I walked out without saying anything because I was appalled by their poor behavior. Never have I encountered such unprofessionalism. Thankfully, I understand Chinese, so I knew exactly what was being said. If you are providing a nail service and charging reasonably, it's only fair for customers to expect quality work and respectful treatment. Sadly, this salon failed on both counts. I will never be going back here again nor will I recommend it!

I came here to remove my nails. I had 2 persons helping me to remove, one for toes and one fingers. The lady who helped me with my toes are fine and look more professional. However the lady who remove my finger nails did her job real bad. Firstly she used a lot of force while removing my nails, I can even feel burning sensation and also you can see from the photo one of my nails crack. Besides, look at how odd is my finger nails. I can cut better than this thou I’m not well trained. The shop hygiene is also an issue. Also, no proper sink for hand wash. Wouldn’t come back here anymore.

I think your staff needs to focus on servicing customer’s nail than talking non-stop. Was doing my nails for about 45 mins there, and you staffs were chit chatting non-stop. I do not appreciate the way they talk about another customer in front of another customer. My manicure was just so-so with lots of rough edges.

My first visit here. On a Friday afternoon .Being a busy day a quick pedicure job done. Definitely will not come back here again. Very poor service.

Poor hygiene!!! Literally so dirty their sofas/UV light box their mani pedi stations are so dirty! Always overbook customers and jump there and here while halfway doing for customer! Very very unprofessional 😤 if you have less staff then don’t overbook! Once my feet was soaking for 30min in the water n they kept doing halfway like three person kept changing! Terrible experience! I wouldn’t suggest this place if you are looking for professionals and cleanliness!

The best place to get your nails done in Bayu area...perfectionists and fast...done in under an hour. Looks for the boss Jessie...but her staff are equally efficient and very detailed!
