I had a waxing treatment at this beauty center and had a great experience. Preet was amazing — very professional, gentle, and attentive to details. She made me feel comfortable right away and the result was excellent. The place is clean and relaxing. Highly recommended.

The salons interior is old and smelly, needs refurbishment and new decoration. Two hindi women, none of them smiled and were not welcoming. One of them made constantly pictures and videos without asking for permission. Pedicure was 85rm and paying by card was extra 5rm. Overall overpriced. The procedure was unprofessional, she cut my skin and hurt. Washed feet with cold water. Afterwards had to cut my nails myself. Hope you'll learn from this and improve your salon and skills.

I had my hair color touch up on my white hair growth earlier today, it was wonderful! I felt good during the service, my hair was bouncier and softer after the color. Staff were very friendly, light-handed and they even gave me a free eyebrow threading! It’s my first time to go to a beauty parlor in KL and I have no regrets trying this local one, value for money it is 🙂 Now, I found my fav local parlor & I shall definitely come back ⭐️🥰👌

I just had my hair ironed without any wash, and they charged me RM45. I was shocked, so I asked the owner again. She confirmed the price, even after I explained that it was only ironing, no wash. I had no choice but to pay. Honestly, for that price, I would rather go to a Chinese salon next time—at least it won’t hurt my wallet so much.
