Nail ShahSo - Berjaya Times Square

There were many positives about my visit. The salon was really lovely and calming and tranquil. The foot callus treatment was great and the assistant spent almost an hour treating my feet. The foot massage was lovely and very relaxing especially as I was the only customer in the massage room at the time. The negatives were that I paid for the bundle that included pedicure, callus treatment and foot massage. At the start, I asked how long it would take and I was told an hour. It actually took more like 1hr 45minutes and my husband was really annoyed with me that I was late for meeting him and attending an appointment together. At the start, I also asked if they would remove the polish and apply new polish and I was told that they would. However, it got to the end of the foot massage and I was given back my shoes and shown to the door. I was already 45 minutes late for meeting my husband and it was nearly closing time so it didn't seem worth querying the misunderstanding. I suspect the lady who answered my initial query didn't understand my questions. So there were many lovely elements to the experience but I would suggest making sure you know exactly what you are getting and not being on a time limit if you go to the salon.

第一次做美甲，好紧张但技师超亲切的，推荐的颜色好自然，好评！(*´∀`)~♥

环境超好！服务也超贴心！美甲师超耐心，细节满分，体验感拉满！

Nails were poorly done, staff was so slow at removing my gel polish removal. Been doing nails for years. This is one of the slowest to remove and they won’t help u cut your nails, shape them unless u voice out. It wasn’t properly removed and she apply on it and now my nails have bumps. Only when the female boss took over, much faster and better. Don’t go unless you have time to spare and don’t mind bad quality works. Mind you there were no designs just single gel colour, took almost 4 hours, might be longer if not the boss took over.

Such a hidden gem in KL! Nail ShahSo delivers high-quality nail services at a very affordable price. The technician was patient, skilled, and really paid attention to detail. I honestly didn’t expect this level of quality for such a reasonable price. Clean salon, relaxing vibe, and great customer service.

The attention to detail during the session was impressive—every step was done with care, ensuring both comfort and perfection. My nails turned out beautifully, and the entire process felt soothing. The hygiene and professionalism maintained throughout were top-notch, making me feel truly pampered. Will come again.
