Jac & Ivy Nail Spa (Ativo Place/ Plaza)

For my personal experience, my nail chipped the next day (pic 1), 2 days before my friend’s wedding. Then more nails continued to chip, totalling to 4. The cleaning and shaping were stellar, but the gel quality seems lacking. (pics 2-4) As for my friend’s nails, the final outcome was beautiful. But the journey to get there was long as I had to help with a lot of quality control. For the bride, I was making sure her nails are pretty for her big day. Despite showing the nail art inspiration, the initial art was kinda cincai with seemingly random lines, so my friend and I had to tell them to buff out and redraw multiple times or making sure the art was sufficiently detailed before putting the top coat. Attached are the inspo and final outcome. Her spa pedicure was a pleasant experience.

I come here frequently with my aunt for mani and pedi. Great experience , clean and comfortable. Nice and attentive service. Best when you want to do some self care! 🥰

I organised for my daughter to have her 8th birthday party here. 16 girls having manicure, pedicure, face mask and make up. It was very easy to communicate about the party and they were very organised on the day with 7 therapists tending to the girls. It was such a calm party, very enjoyable! They provided balloons and decorations and even Ribena in plastic wine glasses so the girls felt very grown up!! The snacks they provided were very high quality. I am very thrilled with the party and would highly recommend it.

My 2nd visit to Jac & Ivy Ativo, and still was one of the best mani-pedi experiences I’ve had! The staff is incredibly professional and attentive. They took their time, ensuring every detail was perfect without rushing the process. I especially loved how they buffed my nails to a super glossy shine that lasted longer than usual. The level of meticulous care they put into every step really stood out. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, making it a relaxing experience from start to finish. I’ll definitely be returning! Also kudos to the staff that did my pedi. Her name is Iko and girl, you definitely did an amazing job to cater my dryyy feet.

Had a lovely experience here! The manicurist that I had was very attentive and detailed. She shaped and filed my nails with care, and applied layers of colour perfectly. The manicurist that attended to my 6 year old was really kind and friendly too.

Dropped in for a mani pedi with my mum, they accommodated me super quickly. Made the booking just 30 mins before despite it being a public holiday on Deepavali. Did a great job. However, just the next day, I was careless and my thumbnail cracked and I went to see if they could do anything about it. The girls sat me down, took off the polish, applied glue to preserve the length of my nail, then reapplied the polish again. It's been about 22 days and it's been barely affected. Truly appreciate the stellar service and hospitality, both during and after the appointment.
