Had my nails done by Jessie and I had such a pleasant time! She was sweet and patient even though I was particular in how I want the cat eye to look - she made sure I was happy with it before proceeding each time. We also had a nice chat and she recommended me places to visit while in KL. All in all great experience and a really nice and clean salon with reasonable prices for good service. Thanks Jessie! 💕
Did nail extensions at Gloss Up Nail Bar for 128RM (incl. of one gel colour). The result was perfect - highly recommend! The studio is spacious, with clean nail tools and friendly nail technicians with the expertise to craft perfectly shaped and painted nails. The price is very reasonable compared to other upscale boutiques, with an excellent service standard and quality. The nail technician patiently tried out different colours on my fingers and took her time to discuss with me on which would suit me best. Definitely try out Gloss Up if you are looking for a reliable nail technician in the Kuchai Lama area.
Their service was delight. The manicurists fulfilled the demands that we as customer wanted and turn out perfect.
Don’t bother coming here. Despite clearly communicating my request, it wasn’t done properly. When I questioned it, I was reassured that it would be fine, but unsurprisingly, it wasn’t. I had to spend extra time and money getting it fixed elsewhere when this could’ve been avoided. On top of that, they’ve increased their prices but provide the exact same service. For the amount charged, I expected better attention to detail and professionalism. You can also see a clear difference in how they treat certain customers. They don’t care if you’re a loyal, paying customer, and if anything happens to your nails despite clearly communicating your request, they’ll only say at the end of the service that you can reach out if anything is wrong, but when you do, they don’t bother with service recovery.
体验感不错，但是有太多gel color搞得我不会选。幸好美甲师帮我找到适合的颜色，看了手不会显黑。
This was my first time coming here and I will definitely be back 😍I absolutely love my nails she did an amazing job and definitely want her to do them again wish I would have gotten her name 😩she was sweet quick and under the assignment 10/10
