I did manicure today, the staff buat kerja ganas and tepi kuku I luka. Eventho I said "aduh" pun dia still buat ganas and didn't even say sorry to me. Then the price listed was Rm45 for manicure. Bila dah buffing tiba tiba kena add on lagi Rm10, so the manicure basically apa je ??

Did our nails here despite the reviews, some staff are artistic but just a bit quiet type. One of the staff was very friendly and she did my nails well. Another staff was very skilled, we showed her a web design and the design that she drew on the nail was super close. I added some nail protection as my nails are weak type. We are happy with the results.

I would like to share some feedback regarding my recent CNY booking. A deposit of RM50 was required, and the total cost for the gel manicure came to RM200, which is a considerable amount. Unfortunately, the quality did not meet expectations, as the manicure lasted less than one week. I also noticed that only a single layer of K Gel (hardener) was applied. Not recommended for the pricing at all.

Very bad service & quality. The polish used was of very poor quality and ruined my nails. It has been close to 2 months and my toenails are still damaged and healing very slowly. No base coat was applied. Polish was applied directly to the nail. Manicure was done without soaking the hands in warm water. They just used a water spray to wet the hands and clean the cuticles. That was also not done well. Manicure polish peeled off in 2 days. Attaching a picture of my damaged nail. Don’t patronise this place and damage your nails.

Did everything too fast. Was rushing idk why. Didnt properly remove dead skill in my opinion. Cut my nails too short. Was too rough when remove excess skin around nail bed. She didnt really cut it but just yanked on it. Wouldnt recommend. Btw right after i did my nails i noticed that my toes had smeared nail polish on it. Asked them help to remove it. Nail polish came out from toes in 3 days time. Whereas usually it takes up to 1 month for it to usually come off. Paid 250+ for this service lol. Btw after one week my pedicure are horribly peeling off, infact one of the is completely gone. And after the service I am more prone to painful loose skin around my nails. Oh ya btw they didnt remove the dead skin around my big toe properly too.
