This is my 2nd time doing tinted lash & lift here. Last time I went it was good (refer to 1st photo) but recently it seems like the quality is no longer there unfortunately 😅 i’m not sure if its my lash fault for being thin and short or its just the quality of their service decrease. I always go here coz its near my place but the price charges is also not cheap so I was expecting at least a better result. I asked them if it’s really tinted cause the results different from what I did before but they said its tinted by looking at the color difference on lower & upper lash. But for me I see no difference 🤣 unlike my photo before I could really see the tint. Or this time they want to save tint?? Im not sure..

Absolutely terrible nail preparation and regular polish application. I did my nails (classic manicure + pedicure with regular polish) on 13 Dec evening around 7.30pm for RM150. The lady prepping my nails cut off some skin when removing cuticles. This has started bleeding and stings now. On 15 Dec morning, my nail polish has completely come off from one of my nails and chipped from another. And there have been several little bubbles on all the fingers too.

Randomly went into this salon at Komtar. As a week day, there seem busy as I can see few customers walk in. I did full service gel padi + remove , paying RM 120. No hard selling. The lady from Myanmar name Dede did my nails and I find it good, very detail n polite lady. Will go bk to them!

I had a gel manicure done at this place this week. The staff were nice but the lady who did my nails dragged the nail file along the skin underneath one of my nails quite roughly and carelessly which caused several cuts, and when cutting off my cuticles, she tried to pick off the damaged skin around the fresh wounds which caused further bleeding and pain. She apologised and sprayed some disinfectant on the wound but didn't mention it to any other staff or offer compensation. A few days after the manicure, the gel has already begun to chip off my nails despite no rough work done with my hands or anything. I would advise caution before getting your nails done at this place. Pictures below (I didn't take any pictures of the fresh wounds so these are taken from a few days later, where most of the abrasions have already had time to fade as you can see from the remaining scabs. The second photo is of the gel manicure chipping, you can see my nail underneath it which is fine. It's only the polish that is chipping off.)

Well spent my day-off at La Mior, love their services and how professionals the nail techs are. All are very friendly and accommodating. See you on my next visit

I had a wonderful experience at LA MIÓR! The service was excellent – the staff were friendly and professional. The nail technician was very skilled and paid great attention to detail. I love how my nails turned out – elegant and sparkly, just what I wanted! The environment was also very clean, relaxing, and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Extremely disappointing experience. I went on 26/8/2025 and paid RM190, but the results were terrible. The nail technician was dismissive and rushed through the entire session. What’s worst is that this set didn’t even last a week some parts have already chipped off. For the price I paid, I expected far better quality and service. I definitely do not recommend this salon.
