The prices are very affordable compared to many other salons, especially considering the high quality of service they provide. The atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing, making it a perfect spot for a pampering session. A special shout-out to Nail Designer Jiayi and Eunice! They did an exceptional job on my nails. Not only is they are highly skilled and attentive to detail, but they also listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered beautifully. I’m so happy with the results and will definitely be coming back for my next nail appointment! We booked a mini luxury spa session for my niece's birthday and I must say that the staff was exceptionally kind and gentle. The unexpected birthday cake and the heartwarming birthday song truly made her day unforgettable. I'm disappointed. I went there for pedicure n medicure gel. It seems the colour is fading after 10 days . Not professional. Have done my nails at other branches before I never faced this issue. Waste of money.

Happy with my experience here. Don’t know why so many bad reviews but my mani/ pedicurist (Jeslin) and nail artist (Fang Qin) were the best. I hate trimming cuticles and dead skin as some people do it painfully. I told Jeslin and she adapted and made my experience pain-free. She even remembered my comment when I went on the second day!! The nail art was well done and super cute! Fang Qin listened to all my requests and very carefully personalized my nail art. They way they treated other customers while I was there was also excellent. Maybe it depends on who you get. The receptionist on the first day could improve… was not very friendly, and when she serviced my friend did not tell us we could use the massage chair during treatment (Jeslin was the one who came over later and told us that!) In total spent 1h (pedicure) + 2h (mani + nail art) on two days. it’s not the cheapest, spent about 240 in total, but I was touched by their service and would like to support them again 🙂

Good and a happy experience for my daughter and niece ! They have a great time doing meni pedi kids spa package. All of the staff is very patient handling active toodler. Recommended to go for your kids experience or mom-daughter bonding time 🌸
