Although I like the results with tiny bumps in certain nails area yet there is a space for improvement. 1. Must be clear about the price during booking as client pay deposit. In my cases, it was a promotional which is RM48 Gel Manicure + Cat Eye rm20 for 10 finger. So total RM68 and deposit paid RM30, the balance RM38 will pay after nail is done. I got extra charge RM20 on site due to the color red is not available for cat eye and must use other way which is layering. This kind of things is a sign of lack customer engagement and communication. That said, during the booking conversation, nail tech should be aware about color that she offered and whatnot. 2. She has a unique way to do the nails which is fine by me and attention to detail yet it is complicated. 3. Lack of communication and never initiate conversation due to language barrier yet still answering my question even though it is not what I meant. She tried and could improve more 4. Served tea and snacks as a welcome gift but say nothing just put it on the table. It’s not inviting at all. At least could say something "this is for you, enjoy". Simple as that . Overall it was a very nice job and like how it turns out. Real observations is after few days . Let see 😉

This was the worst nail service I’ve ever experienced. I went in just for a gel removal, but not only did the technician injure my finger and cause bleeding due to rough handling, she didn’t even remove the gel properly. The entire process was unprofessional, with zero communication or basic courtesy—no apology at all. Her attitude made me feel like I hadn’t even paid for the service. It was disrespectful and careless. The lack of skill and customer care is unacceptable for any salon. I strongly advise others to stay away from this place to avoid a similar terrible experience.

Very meticulous manicurist, Yeeon. Super happy with the gel mani and art, very close to the photos I've showed her. Highly recommended. Manicure is also on point, very neat 👌🏻 She is also very transparent with the charges as the first trial is RM68 for the gel mani + nail art. Some of the designs like the Jiji drawing and chrome nails required add-on and she informed upfront before starting to work on them. Hope the set can last long 😁

I had such a great experience here! The staff were kind, the place was clean, and my nails turned out exactly how I wanted. Highly recommend this salon! ❤️

RM68 promotional price for manicure. Nice and neat work, despite the small bubbles on one finger. But my skin on thumb and fourth fingers were cut too much and bled a little.

The nail artist is great at her work. Takes her time to do an amazing work. But for gel extensions to take 3 hours and not communicating this earlier was disappointing and frustrating. I booked for 2 people but no where she communicated how long it’ll take for pedicure and manicure. When the 2nd person decided to sit down she said it’s over her time and can’t do extensions. Communication could have been better!
