I went for the first trial package which consisted of the white to black treatment and hydrating spa, with ginger detox as a add-on. I was very impressed with how meticulous the whole experience was. I was first attended to by Nicole, who did my consultation. She was very friendly and approachable as she explained to me the issues with my scalp and the treatments that were suitable for my condition. Then, the whole treatment process was conducted by Fiona. She was just as warm and friendly as she chatted with me, all the while explaining not only the process, but also the products that were going to be used on me. She was also attentive, asking whether the water pressure level was suitable or whether the ginger essence was tolerable. Overall, the whole experience was quite enjoyable for me.
