Very good experience. Have been coming here since I was a child, clinic has been renovated and looks astonishing, but the prices remain the same ,very affordable since last time. Thanks Dr Luke for listening very attentively, Dr Rafiah has been very nice as well to me and family members since childhood , our families firsts choice of clinic.

2 stars considering the lady doctor spoke so well and explaining in good tone. The staffs are kind as well. I am giving low rating as I am not satisfied with the service of the male doctor, and it’s the purpose of the google review and it’s my right to do it. I fully understand that you can only give 2 days MC(but you gave me 1 day, ok fine), I already accepted it. But, the way you explained the things on my inquiries showing you are very defensive and aggressive. You don’t simply give antibiotics to patient without further checking. I am not questioning if you are a professional doctor(but you mentioned it to me to intimidate me on asking questions) you even called me few hrs after I visited your clinic just to tell me that my google review is unfair and asking me to withdraw my rating, attacking me on the time that I am sick(I was resting on that time and really unwell), and you even asked my Company name. You can call anyone in my Company and even my insurance, if you want to retaliate against me due to I gave a low rating on google review to your clinic, I don’t mind it. It’s my freedom to give a review based on my own experience on the service/treatment/approach you provided.

Clinic is very nice and modern...staffs are friendly....the lady doctor is attentive and patient centric.....overall 5 stars for the service provided
