Review kmk molah hifu di sia beberapa hr lepas,bfor pergi ada lah bertext staff di sia melalu whtspp…nya pun menyakinkn customer sekali treatment ada terus effect, duhal tek ku rasa kena bulak,dtg rumah check balit cermin nanggar muka dirik tek, tang sama jk….😂 menghabiskan amount dekat nk 300 agak membazir ku rasa..nasib bait kali tok sik termakan pujuk rayu dknya ambik produk lain gik…

Service dekat spa ni sangat²lah terbaik. Cara layanan terhadap pelanggan dari mula datang sampai lah habis treatment sangat selesa dan untuk kawan saya yang sekadar meneman sahaja juga dilayan dengan baik.. dari segi service treatment juga berkesan.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

My very first beautician at Borneo Medispa Sibu was Madam Weenee, and I absolutely loved the way she treated me. She took the time to explain everything in such thoughtful detail, making me feel truly cared for as a customer. To keep it short — I was so impressed that I ended up purchasing more packages and happily returned for more treatments. Although I'm saddened to hear that Madam Weenee is no longer with Borneo Medispa Sibu, I still look forward to coming back. The quality of service has left a lasting impression. i dont know where to begin for this review. firstly, if you are having cold, pls use the freaking mask. in a small room, u already sneezed 3 times , then you use the same hands in my face. she kept on sniffling and sucking whatever mucous back to her lungs.i was very uncomfortable the whole session and almost got up and leave.i hope i didnt catch her flu. the staff is not professional n kept messaging on her phone. put her phone near my ear and the phone kept beeping. omg so annoying. this spa also like to charge extra for extra service so be careful. i dont recommend here. there are many other choices out there. with better environment, staff and service. if you ask me why i didnt tell her on the spot that im uncomfortable, well im shy . and yeah they asked u to rate their service in front of them. seems like forcing me to give them 5/5. so i had to lie that i gave 5/5 on the paper, i needed to get out of there asap cause im scared of the flu germs. i wont come anymore. thanks for the memories.

Im recently tried micro needling (dermapen) treatment here. and the beautician overdid my cheek area which resulting in hyperpigmentation. After complaining, they offered me weekly hydration facial. They also provide me with free sample for me to use at home. I would say the product seem to be of good quality. However 2 star is due to the staff behavior which needs significant improvement compared to other premium quality spa. 1. Pls alert the customer before applying any product @ leaving the room, dont just smack it on the face or just left me there waiting. 2. Once, the staff continue using the vibration device even after the battery died, only changing it when i asked why the vibration stop. 3. Some of the staff not friendly, seems they forget im there for remedial treatment due to their mistake at the 1st place. 4. My pigment is fading but is is still noticeable without makeup. I regret this very much and this is not a spa i would recommend to any of my friends.

Good hospitality and professional staff to do my laser treatment. I did my bikini laser treatment for the first time and it is not painful like waxing. I would go here again for my next treatment. The best laser hair removal spa at Borneo Medispa Sibu! Keep it up. ⭐️

The best facial place indeed at sibu, friendly staff, nice deco, make your feel comfortable and great and many option for facial. They follow sop, no worries .l had a wonderful experience at Borneo Medispa Sibu best place to distress myself where i got pampered with great 5 star facial services. GREAT ENVIRONMENT! Indeed the best facial in town!. It is indeed the BEST FACIAL IN TOWN!
