Joined while was in KK. Luckily they opened a branch here hence I can continue my package and facial treatment. I was attended by Cordy who was very attentive and friendly. She did my facial. It was very gentle. 1 thing that I like about Borneo Medispa is that I feel that their staffs are not very pushy to sell out their packages (like some other places). Do come here and try their treatment. But it’s better to take the package as some of the treatment can be very costly (they’re wort it). Overall I am a satisfied customer. I would recommend this place 🌟

I was attended by Jasmine and she was great! She took the time to explain all the different facial treatments they offer. I wasn't sure what would be best for me, so her explanations were super helpful. I felt really comfortable asking her questions, and she answered them very well!

First time visiting this branch as BM is quite well known in East Malaysia with their facial quality and products. Had a great time pampering myself! They provide skin analysis and explain which product is suitable for you, also can customised for your skin. Suzy was the one who did my facial, gentle hands and good skill. Parkings are easy to find. Noticed my face instantly firmer, plump and brighter after the facial.
