Elegance Beauty Spa Sdn Bhd

I had my first and definitely last experience at this place. We were initially introduced to the RM 125 package, but the night before my appointment, they informed us it was no longer available. Instead, they recommended a more expensive collagen facial for RM 188. Once we were settled in, the therapist told us that the new package didn’t include a shoulder massage. I was very disappointed because this was never mentioned upfront. They don’t even steam your face before blackhead removal, which was concerning. After the facial, they introduced us to a cheaper package that was never mentioned when we asked about the options. Overall, the experience felt misleading, and not worth the money. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Very nice beauty salon. Services and staff are top notch. Been coming here for years, still the best facial treatments place in town. Everyone is friendly and caring. Always leave feeling relax and refresh after each session. Thank you!
