Lax. Retreat, The Linc - Female-Only Spa

Saya sangat berpuas hati dengan pengalaman di LAX Retreat! Suasana sangat tenang dan selesa, memang tempat yang sesuai untuk "unwind" dan lari sekejap dari kesibukan harian. Staff semua sangat mesra, profesional dan sentiasa memastikan keselesaan pelanggan. Servis yang ditawarkan juga sangat memuaskan – dari awal hingga akhir rasa sangat dijaga. Tempat ni sangat bersih, wangi dan aesthetic – memang instagrammable! Memang highly recommended kalau anda perlukan masa untuk rehat, self-care, atau reward diri. Pasti akan datang lagi nanti! 💆‍♀️✨

The first time I went to Lax, I opted for a seated massage, but it didn’t turn out well. I decided to give it another try when I went back to redeem my birthday voucher from Le Friends. This time, I chose a mani-pedi, Mama Glow massage, and a scalp ritual and all of them were soooo amazing. A big thank you to Sarah for her wonderful manicure. Not many people can do my nails well as I have nail issues, but she did an excellent job. Apple was amazing with the pedicure, and I wrapped up the sessions with a 60-minute Mama Glow massage and a scalp ritual by Aisah. Mama definitely feels the glow!!! 💖 I love, love, love them to bits. Shout-out once again to Sarah, Apple, and Aisah 👏

It was my first time visiting Lax Retreat for gel nail polish with manicure and pedicure, and I had a wonderful experience. Apple and Hannah were both very professional, friendly, and attentive throughout the session. Since I wasn’t sure what design to choose, they kindly suggested ideas and helped plan a nail design that suited me. I really appreciated their patience and creativity. They were very meticulous with the nail shaping, cuticle care, and gel polish application. The whole experience was relaxing and the final result turned out beautiful and neat. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend Lax Retreat, especially Apple and Hannah!

I spontaneously booked a manicure for my mom and I a day in advance and was able to secure a morning slot right at the opening time. This was lovely since the spa was empty and we were looked after straight away. Apple did a wonderful job with my mom's classic polish manicure and Hannah did my gel manicure with more attention to detail than I have ever reveived at any nail salon. The tea, massages and masks/lotions provided left our hands and arms feeling super relaxed. I would highly recommend Lax. based on this experience and would love to visit again when I am back in KL.
