It was my first visit and it was a satisfying experience. Agnea and Zhi Ling gave outstanding service by suggesting the right treatment for my skin condition and gave tips to enhance my skin condition with zero hard Selling. We received a lot of complimentary items as well.

I had a fantastic facial treatment experience and I am truly satisfied with the service. Annie was very professional, gentle, and attentive throughout the entire session. She carefully explained each step and made sure I was comfortable at all times. The treatment was extremely relaxing, and I could feel my skin becoming cleaner, refreshed, and more hydrated afterwards. The environment was clean and calming, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I will definitely come again and highly recommend Annie to anyone looking for a great facial treatment.

Excellent service. Nice and comfortable environment. A beautician who serve me name Agnes was so friendly and nice person. Especially her massage service was so good. Great job and all the best to you. See you next month👍🏻

依旧是要给Face Bar的好评，服务好到害我忍不住都要成为Face Bar的粉丝了！

Very detailed explanation from Joan who did an analysis of my skin condition and recommended the required treatment. Environment exudes Japanese style - beautiful and Zen

Overall, the experience was pleasant. The staff were attentive, and the treatment itself was satisfactory. However, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of making the environment more inclusive and accessible for customers from all backgrounds. Most of the labels on the machines and product packaging were in Chinese, which may create a communication gap for non-Chinese speaking customers. It might gave the impression that the services are more tailored towards a specific customer group. I hope the center can consider incorporating more multilingual labels in English to better accommodate the diversity of customers in Malaysia. This small step would definitely enhance the overall experience for a broader audience.
