I've been doing facials here for almost 2 years now. The spa is surrounded by calming aromatherapy and gentle music. My aesthetician provides personalized facials, taking into account my skin type, concerns and desired results. This is hands down the best facial spa!

A word of cautious for those who thinking of purchasing 1STTRIAL.i click +add to cart.it was shown from rm408 to rm198. Unfortunately when I reached the outlet I was shown to a lower package treatment costing rm338 not as mentioned in my voucher. WHY? because there is a standard centre & Premium centre to the outlet that u choose. I got to know this only after I hv sent them an email to their customer service to enquire.They explained in their email dated 23/9.I told them it was not written when I purchase online(so unfair details are not complete). Sorry to say u lose a customer today as I was looking forward to experience my 1st trial n subsequently looking at the packages to sign up. Today 1st trial treatment very 'cincai' from start to end. So ladies...pls call up the outlet u choose to enquire further before buying.

A good service by Ivy. Explained thoroughly about the package and the facial processes. Nice experience. Provided a locker to keep my stuffs. At the end of the session, they provided a drink while waiting for them to settle my payment.

Always welcomed by friendly therapists at the counter, in a serene & beautifully designed environment instantly put me at ease. My therapist, Nisha is fantastic! She always takes the time to assess my skin & customized the treatment perfectly to suit my needs. The facial itself is incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating & I could feel the stress melting away! 🙂

I am going to trial with the therapist Nisah. She is very good and full of experienced. After that experience, I already know this is the place that I want to spend time for future facials. I have been to many places, but she recommended all the good service that good for my skin. I always enjoy my time here and always look up for my future appointments. Highly recommended! ✨My skin concerns are mostly acne and sensitive skin, so far, it’s getting better. I am writing this after my 4th visits here.

When call for appt to Aster Spring, Ms Poh, the consultant was cordial and friendly and lock in for my appt easily. Ms Poh is so welcoming and provide the detail skin analysis and recommend the right package for the facial treatment. I was so impressed with the personal Essential pack that have a overall, head cap, seal plastic for my speck and handphone. They are so detail in ensuring my safety. Ms Carol, the therapist was so detail and explained the process and making me so comfortable. Even though it is not the same like the service before MCO which have more hand touch, the services are great and fantastic. Highly recommended!!😀👍👏👋
