My go-to place for facial now as it is affordable and fast! Outlets also always well-kept and clean. Have been coming to this outlet for maybe 3-4 times before, but only today that I felt truly satisfied with my facial session, thanks to beautician Yvette. She’s friendly, polite, and gentle! Also, quiet, which I greatly appreciate on my facial sessions, and when she does speak, she is soft spoken. On my previous visits, the beauticians weren’t so gentle, borderline a bit rough, but I kind of understand because they need to be fast and considering the price tag, I wouldn’t expect too much as well, but with Yvette, she’s fast and efficient, but she can be gentle and thorough. My best facial experience with Kskin to date! I hope I’ll be lucky enough in the future to be under her care again. Highly recommended!

2nd time trying the service. Affordable basic combo facial package. Get the package 1st before u do shopping as customers do not wait around the shop. Do enquire with the staff before you pay for any combo as no customer outside does not mean no waiting required. Today served by Kelly & she explained each step taken when applying or cleansing. Hassle free and whole facial took 30mins. Blackhead removal was painful (get "teary), but bearable as facial is not done often, while applying the different lotions was gentle, with the last step being the head massage. No hard sell when enquired with beautician suitability of the chosen combo for personal skin condition. Another outlet has opened @ Komtar

Its affordable and convenient for people like me who doesn't like making appointments. Can simply walk in and purchase any facial u want thru kiosk. Nobody pressuring u. However, keep in mind the waiting might take a while so purchase early then u can walk around the mall to kill the time. Yvette was the one that did my facial. She did teach me some tips about skin care routine for my type of skin. She even gave me a free sample to try💙 Keep up the good work!👍
