1st appointment, the massage experience, was really good, I will give her 5 stars. Thank you. But the second times ,very disappointed massage experience. I told her 4 times to spend more time on my neck and shoulder, she just carry on with her routines .. I kept on reminded her, I need my neck area massage, because, i went there for this purposes. At the end she said no more times.i give her 2 stars. Very disappointed. I told the 2nd masseur, I'm not happy with this massage experience. I didn't say anything at the counter, cause I don't want to get her into trouble. But thanks to the 1st masseur, she done a good lob, but I didn't know her name.

The staff are friendly, experienced, and listen to what the customer wants. I had 2 fantastic massages. Both were walk-in with no reservation as I was visiting in the afternoon during week days. I recommend calling ahead though as they get busier in the evenings! The salon is clean and the music is relaxing. The prices are reasonable and they accept credit cards too. I will be a returning customer next time I'm in Penang.

I hope the owner reads this. The lady charged me body massage price but I only wanted foot which I already told her when I called to make appointment. She didn't even reconfirm what I wanted. After that I told her the aircon is not swinging to my side and it was very hot. She just said this one needs them to go up and move the swing and she just walked away. What kind of service is this! Not going back ever. In case you want to know, my appointment was 3pm today.

Terrible services. Staff had a treatment only 40 minutes, even though I asked for a 60 minute massage. I complained about this problem but they just said sorry and tried to send me away without refunding or redoing the order. Finally she did massage only 10 minutes but she was annoying and had very strong massage. Now I still have terrible pain on my shoulder. I never recommend this shop.
