Lotus Beauty Wellness & Spa

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I took the foot massage and hair wash at Lotus Wellness Beauty. The place is very relaxing and peaceful. Therapist No. 109 is very experienced and did an excellent job with the foot massage. The hair wash was also professional and soothing. I’ll definitely come back to try other packages next time!

The environment is calm and relaxing. The therapist is very professional, and the whole session helped release all my tension. Great service and great experience. Will definitely come again!

按摩师没有按摩技巧，服务态度一般，按摩时间短，按摩期间频繁走进走出， 非常不推荐。

Worst experience ever. Even the google review 3 stars already shows how unprofessional the service is. Tried their Hair wash with head and shoulder message RM38. It is standard price, agree. But the service? I could say it’s is just like a hair wash that I did for myself at home. Even Hair saloon did better message than the worker here. There’s nothing like massage at all! I’ve been asking when is the massage? she said later, until I reach the hair blow procedure and I ask again where will be the message and she told me the treatment was done??? I’ve review this issue to the manager, she said all of them were trained like this. But she still offered me extra 10mins of shoulder massage, the worker immediately throw tantrums in front of me? Seriously? Ofcuz I didn’t take that ‘free massage’. I’ve been to multiple spa, hair saloon, facials and legit this is by far the worst massage I ever received. I wouldn’t even label that as massage.

Really bad experience with body massage The front desk service is also very bad. I had to wait for 20 minutes before the appointment started. The music started 10 minutes after the massage. The masseur was also not very good. He kept massaging me with a cloth that was very cold and did not cover the parts he massaged.

技师专业、环境安静、价格合理。非常放松的体验，推荐!

This is an excellent massage spa with a highly professional staff. The atmosphere is relaxing, and the therapists are skilled, ensuring a thoroughly comfortable and rejuvenating experience. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking a high-quality massage service.
