I chose a foot and leg reflexology followed by a neck, shoulder, and back massage — exactly what long-haul travel demands. Jimmi, my therapist, was exceptional. Intuitive, precise, and highly skilled, she worked with just the right pressure to release deep-seated tension. What could have been a weary transit became a moment of true renewal. Coffee and tea were thoughtfully provided to accompany the treatment, allowing me to fully settle into the calm and embrace the pause between journeys. The indulgence continued with a first-class shower experience featuring L’Occitane products — an elegant touch that elevated the entire visit. Even the automated, heated restroom reflected the spa’s commitment to comfort and detail. Tenang Spa transformed my layover from mere waiting time into intentional self-care. For anyone transiting through KLIA, this is an experience worth making time for.

I had a shower included in a 60 minute massage. I had a great therapist. She was skilled and friendly this morning. The foot and leg massage was conducted in one area and the back and head in another room all seated. I did feel miles better. Having the shower in a rooms where you could wash hair and just recover from a long haul flight and the massage was really helpful. Great for recovery.

体验非常非常差，坦白说这个是我试过最差的按摩体验没有之一。首先工作人员的按摩手法不到位不解乏，好像完全没有培训过一样。其次，她中途非常大力甩动我的手腕，我的手腕像要脱臼一样，她完全没有抱歉或者检查。按摩后我留下观察我的手腕她也没有任何表示。这非常不专业。我经常按摩但是从来没有遇到这样的事情。这样的价格配这样的服务我觉得非常不可理喻。不会推荐任何人尝试。

Spa muy tranquilo dentro del aeropuerto donde recibir un masaje. Tienen distintas terapias (cabeza, cuello, espalda, pies) y distintas duraciones para elegir. Los terapeutas son muy buenos. Parece mentira que estés dentro de un aeropuerto ya que dentro de las cabinas no se oye ningún ruido.

Having a combo 1 hour of feet/head n shoulder. The therapist strength is very well and friendly. The whole session was relaxing and rejuvenation. Definitely worth for the value we spend. Thank you for the friendly and professional service provided. They do provide complimentary drinks such as coffee, tea and water. Is was a fantastic session throughout the therapy. Highly recommended for those transit in KLIA.

I had an amazing massage, they helped me immediately, were so polite and friendly and everything was so clean and beautiful. My therapists skills were amazing and the pressure was perfect. The pricing is also reasonable! When I come back to the airport, Tenang spa is my first stop. Highly recommend
