Rude cashier... Not recommended at all. I booked for an hour and bring along my mum.he said cannot massage my mum as I didn't book earlier. I clarified if the staff available..cashier said yes .but still I was wrong according to their policy.i politely demanded for little respect to elderly people and the cashier said he don't care since this place is going to close down soon. So no way I'm going to a place to spend my money and disrespected..

Horrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs! I had the worst experience at this so-called "massage place." First off, none of the staff were qualified masseuses. The massage was extremely painful and absolutely not relaxing. It felt more like torture than a therapeutic experience. The place itself was incredibly sketchy and dodgy—I felt unsafe the entire time. When I walked in, no instructions were given. They just pointed me to a room, closed the door, and left me to figure out what to do on my own. It was awkward and uncomfortable. Communication was impossible because none of the staff could speak Malay or English, which added to the frustration. When I initially called to ask about the rates, the front desk guy said it was RM82 for body + feet, but when I arrived, he claimed it was RM92 because the RM82 "happy hour" rate didn’t apply on weekends. This is nothing short of a blatant bait-and-switch tactic to lure in unsuspecting customers. Absolutely unethical! So i ended up just going for the body massage only which was RM82. And to add oil, it was gonna be RM98, i said no way and went for the package without the oil. On top of that, the massage didn’t even last an hour as promised. It was rushed, painful, and the farthest thing from relaxing. For RM82, this was an absolute rip-off. The place is unhygienic, unprofessional, and downright scary. I would never recommend this place to anyone. It should be shut down. If you value your money, time, and well-being, avoid this place.
