I visited this spa on last weekend and it was such a amazing experience with the cozy environment, the guest service and the therapist are all friendly. will visit again
I will definitely return to this Spa. Easy access from the entrance on Telok Kemang Beach. They only able to treat 2 pax at a time. That makes it super private and relaxing not knowing that there’s other guests around. My therapist is Orked, she is polite and warm. I did Pedicure Spa and Totok Wajah. There are many promotions on their social media page to look for.
I don’t usually write reviews, but this was such a bad experience I felt the need to say something. Puspa clearly has no idea what she’s doing. There was no skill or proper technique — she just rushed through everything like she couldn’t wait to be done. It felt like she was only interested in finishing the session, not actually helping the customer. On top of that, the facilities were terrible. The shower in the toilet barely worked — there was almost no water pressure, and the water came out so slowly it was pointless. The whole place felt neglected and poorly maintained. Please don’t waste your money on the spa package. It’s not worth it at all. Very disappointing experience.
