TLDR: Go elsewhere… We got 30min massage when we paid for 1hr! There were 3 staff available when we went there, which matched our group size nicely. However one of the staff doubles as the receptionist, so throughout the whole massage she was stopping to pick up calls and make new appointments. Not very relaxing when you’re undressed for a full body massage and the curtain keeps opening (and rarely closing) every minute. We were walk in customers but the place was empty. There was nobody walking in or waiting, but they rushed the massage and only treated all of us for ~30 min despite us paying for the 1 hr package. The massage service also seems to vary across the staff? We all booked the exact same package but was treated differently. My friend "A" got a more "active" traditional massage with a lot more stretches and poses on the masseuse table. My other friend "B" got a massage lying on a floor mattress with more weight put into her massage. But I got a standard lie down massage on the table. The staff don’t speak English so it’s hard to explain our dissatisfaction with the situation 🙁 The massage itself was "okay", but the pricing and package should be HONEST, instead we feel scammed for our extremely overpriced 30 min session that doesn’t quite feel like any particular style of massage.

Booked a 1 hour session but they only did for 30 mins. Masseuse left the curtain open during FULL BODY massage... they weren't keen to refund the amount for the other 30 mins, after a 15 min quarrel they finally refunded. Went with my friends and we all had a bad experience...

I went to massage, and I been assigned with new masseur (based on my experience, I quite confident that I can differentiate newbie and experience masseur). I called off the the massage and paid in full (RM 70) after 30 min massage as I feel the pain and I don't want to get it more worse. Please consider my suggestion, if the masseur is newbie do not charge higher. Perhaps can have different package such as Junior Masseur and Professional Masseur to let the junior to learn and at the same can let customer worth to pay with the servicer provided. Thanks Definitely will go again if the service is upgraded.

Poor experience. Massage prices were not cheap in the first place, and on top of that, the therapists did not complete the full duration. Unprofessional staff that were rushing to finish and send us off.... Spend money elsewhere
