Siam Oasis @ 1 Utama (New Wing)

We had a wonderful massage experience here at Siam Oasis. We had the 90 minutes traditional Thai massage. Explained our sore part of the body and asked help to the receptionist - Alesia, she arranged two exceptional masseuses for us Mo and Dee, we walked in with old sore body and came out young and energetic. We will definitely come back again. Thank you, ladies! ❤️

The one star nothing related to the massuer or their skill , embience, but is for their front desk. I used the gift voucher given by friend, and i cant remember what type of therapy /massage written on the gift voucher, so i just told them is 90mins session. After finish all, when i want to leave and they told me the massage i book is aroma therapy, but that voucher is just for full body massage, and ask me to pay extra. This is so ridiculuos as the customer service can always check back and confirm with me before start. I dont mind to pay extra to top up but not in this way being conned. They might want to earn extra cash on weekday but i definitely not coming again for such dishonest shop.

Past Visits Good, this time underwhelming. I’ve been a few times and this is a clean and efficient environment but when you leave after a 90 minute session thinking "I’d love a good massage about now" you know it’s not good. The therapist on this day was simply going through the motions. I do hope this was a once off but, I must admit, I’m a bit reluctant to give it another go.

Overall, a good first experience. The place was clean, neat and new. Reception was good. Staff were friendly. Tried the Back Healing massage here today. Really love their feet scrubbing. I had Kayjay ( or KJ , I’m not sure how to spell it 😅) as my therapist today. She was really good and had a great force. The Back Healing massage is deep tissue massage, so might be a little bit painful for some as it uses extra force during massage. Depends on what you are looking for. I really liked my session. The ambiance was really nice. It was spacious and it doesn’t feel stuffy. Small suggestion : It would have been better if there was a tea or water served towards the end, as I was really thirsty at the end of the session. 😂 But in general, great place to try out !

Very pricy. I expected more since the reviews were mostly positive, but it's just meh. Had to share a room as well, even mix gender. I hope in the future they can put males in a separate room. Overall, it's worth a visit if you're curious. But if it's your first time receiving a massage, I would advise picking somewhere else.

Great service from the team. Thai vibes decoration really enjoy the 5 sense therapy. Feel relax after the session. ☺️☺️

Extremely disappointing service. Imagine being put on hold in the middle of a phone conversation because the staff decided to serve a walk-in customer instead. I was forced to listen for over 5 minutes while they attended to someone else. Clearly, staff are not properly trained and customer service standards are very poor.
