Saw some negative comments about this place. I walked in with my wife and there was one customer at the counter arranging for refund of membership and told me that their online booking does not work. But my experience was very good. Relaxing and cozy environment. Foot massage was relaxing and nice. Service was good but may be some difficulty of communication with the reception due to language barrier.

Still got another 20hours credit to clear off. Since other branch are now closed, 1st time try out this branch, masseur is decent. Branch is also similarly clean n cozy like the other branches. Generally their masseur appears to be well trained by healthland, but of course skills is dependent on individuals. Some are press harder or softer, some has a equisite touch

THIS IS A SCAM. Bought a package in the past and suddenly they changed management half way, and my package cannot be used anymore. They come up with all kinds of excuses, first they ask to Whatsapp to book but then they always say fully booked and need to go to the outlet. Then go to the outlet and the staff still said cannot use the package or that they have very limited staff so they cannot entertain. Eventually they came up with a refund poster but the description shows that it is "subject to approval", which is not a guarantee at all. There is no clear timeframe when the money will be returned, which is a clear sign of cash flow issues. Please be warned not to go to Healthland anymore, they used to be good but those days are gone.

Previously at this Damansara Uptown branch all the counter staff wasn’t friendly and helpful at all but recently there is a male counter staff by the name of CHARLES, he is very helpful & courteous to all customers despite being busy! Kudos to this staff!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

First time going into healthland, i was not disappointed. You will know when you are at the right outlet when you arrive. Reservation was a breeze and done quickly. I took one of the last slots so the place was relatively quiet. I picked the thai massage with oil for 2 hours which costed around 150 RM. The experience was quite good - clean rooms, friendly and good service. Most importantly the masseuse were really good! Definitely will be back again in the future, even if it is other outlets.

As a long-term patron of Healthland, I am deeply disappointed by the recent decline in service. The booking process has become entirely chaotic; despite the 48-hour advance requirement, slots are rarely available except for those 'proposed time and branch’ by the staff. Furthermore, there is a clear lack of synchronization between the central WhatsApp system and the actual branch availability, often leading to conflicting information, total chaotic system till to date. I will not be renewing my membership and will be taking my business elsewhere. Think twice if you guys sign up for the promotion packages.

Good value for money. Go during the happy hours between 11am to 3pm, to get savings on your wallet. A 3 storey building. Listen to the repetitive relaxing music and let the masseur work on your unknotting your muscles. Calm and worry free environment. Enjoyable retreat to pamper yourselves once in a while. Book early as the slots fill up fast on the weekends.
