Extremely bad service attitude!!!!! During my previous visit, one of the therapists caused me severe pain when pressing a certain area, which left me with a very bad experience. So when I came again today, I politely explained in advance that I was okay with any therapist except that particular one. However, the staff refused to provide me any service and even shouted and verbally abused me. As a customer, I was simply making a reasonable request, yet I was treated in such an unacceptable manner. I strongly suggest the owner properly train your staff before running a business. Verbally abusing customers and having such a terrible attitude is absolutely unacceptable. I will not return and do not recommend this place to anyone.

Really good 👍 Super relaxing, and my family said the therapist’s strength was just right and the pressure points were spot on. The place felt fine too, no issues with the air quality, at least nothing that bothered me.

6 of us made an appointment for 10pm, we were all very pleased with the foot+back massages! The place is clean and spacious too. Can be a bit noisy if other guests are excitedly talking as its a communal space but was okay with us. Will definitely be back!
