My husband and I visited Yuan Spa Langkawi during our trip and had such a lovely, relaxing experience. We made an appointment a day in advance and everything was arranged smoothly for us. He chose the Yuan Relaxing package while I went with the Full Relaxing Facial and Foot Reflexology. From the moment we arrived for our appointment, the team made us feel welcome. We were served drinks and given a wonderfully fragrant foot soak that instantly set the mood for relaxation. We were placed in the same room, which made the experience even nicer to share. I’m currently pregnant, and I truly appreciated how attentive and careful the staff were with me throughout the session. The facial therapist was gentle and professional, and another therapist worked on my feet and calves with great focus and skill. I felt very well taken care of the entire time. The receptionist and staff were all friendly, attentive, and clearly experienced in what they do. The spa is also conveniently located near our hotel and Chenang, which made it easy to visit. At the end of our session, we were served warm tea, which was a perfect and refreshing finish. Overall, it was a calm and rejuvenating experience for both of us. We will definitely come back again on our next trip to Langkawi.

Great massage. The receptionist should be more friendly. Smile woman to yor clients and to the massage staff.

Came here because of good Google reviews but it was a total miss. Entrance was messy, no greeting or guidance. Sofa for foot soak was sandy. During the massage, the therapist kept talking, left the room, and the music kept glitching. Massage had no real technique, just random pressing and loud slaps. A 90-minute session turned into less than 70 minutes.

Very easy to book an appointment via call as the receptionist is very accommodative. Same goes to the masseuse. Opted for aromatherapy full body massage for only RM108. Recommended!
