I feel scammed—spent to suffer. The service was nothing as advertised on the menu. They didn’t provide any breast massage & perineal massage, claiming that the specialist for these services had not been available for long time. Was asked to remove all my clothes to prepare for massage, but no towel or sarong was provided. During massage, requested for stronger massage, the masseuse refused, citing my pregnancy as the reason. During the head massage, the masseuse was playing with her phone with one hand while repeatedly rubbing the same spot for a long time on my head, I asked to shorten the head massage and reduce the pressure, she dismissed as she said I had "angin". (my scalp was sore for several days.) PS: -The U-shaped bolster was not covered, and since everyone was naked, it felt oily & unhygienic. -RM200 membership fee, which converts to credit points, and every top-up requires a minimum of RM200, inhumane. Compared to other prenatal massages elsewhere, this place is truly disappointing and not worth mentioning.

我要的是泌乳师而不是胸部按摩师，堵奶的妈妈们千万不要去。里面的按摩师专业知识完全不足，连我的乳房有没有堵奶都判断不到。一个小时后就说时间到了，我堵的地方完全没有通，她说是奶水不是堵😅，要求我自己回家pump就会通。过后她拼命往我硬的方向压，说已经通了。如果打着产前产后护理按摩的招牌但是找一般的按摩师来为妈妈们服务的话，这种生意手段真的不可取😌

I came here seeking a solution to the breast engorgement I was experiencing, but came out from the massage room 2 hours later with my breast still very much engorged. The masseuse assigned to me didn't seem to know what she was doing. At some point, she stopped and said the massage was done but my breast was still engorged then and I told her that. She then said, "oh still blocked? ohh yes, just a bit." I was like, whattt? At the end of the 2 hours, I just couldn't take it anymore as it was all just pain yet no results and I requested her to stop and went to the receptionist to ask for someone more experienced but the receptionist said she had already gone for another appointment. The receptionist then explained that the masseuse who did my massage was probably scared to massage harder as I might be in pain. Ermmm, whattt? When we mommies decide to seek for massage to clear engorgement, we already know what we sign up for. And I had been through several times of breast massage to know what's the right technique and what's the incorrect technique. The receptionist then promised to secure a slot for me with the experienced masseuse and informed me through WhatsApp but it has been a week and no updates whatsoever from footsiie pre and postnatal. Despite being charged for an hour of breast massage instead of having to pay for the 2 hours of painful no-outcome experience, it was still very much disappointing as it seems like the branch just doesn't care that a customer leaves the premise with the problem unsolved. Eventually, I had to engage another massage session with a lactation expert to clear the engorgement I faced and thankfully, I got the right person and she managed to clear my engorged breast in less than an hour. To footsiie pre and postnatal, the least you could do is showing that you really care about your customers' wellbeing. When we seek you to solve the problem we face, it means we entrust you with it. It was my first and definitely the last time I step into your premise.
