The Zen Spa

The massage was good.... But I hope they won't wait in the room while I take my shower. Come back with the tea after 15minutes please... Is this a tactic to rush me, to make me finish my shower fast?? Also, it would be great if the therapist wear proper attire eg: loose uniform instead of jeans ... But the massage indeed very relaxing

It was a wonderful experience at the Zen Spa in the Novotel Hotel. It was a wonderful experience. The masseur really knew what they were doing, worked out every knot and massaged thoroughly. They were very kind and helpful. I had a 60-minute session, and it felt amazing — I left with a pleasant experience. Thank you again! 🙏🏽

Had the 90min Zen Signature massage directly after my gym. Therapist wprled on my back and it was a great feeling to have the muscles unknotted. Will definately come again.

Worst place for massage in KL, they say spa for men, but it's totally for women. The masseuses lady is too soft like poking you, cannot do legs, it's totally the wrong place, I cancelled my massage and went reception to complain but she left, then I kept calling, no response. I used to come long time ago and enjoy massage. Nowadays it's just waste of the money and time!

I’ve been to many massage places in Asia and the world. This one was particularly bad. The masseuse didn’t file her nails and was therefore scratching rather than massaging. I told her to lower the AC which she did but it remained too cold. She kept chatting and laughing with her colleague. And I wanted to scrub + massage package but she wanted to do the scrub after the massage which is a heresy. It was convenient because I stayed at the Novotel but I’d recommend going elsewhere.
