We booked the Premium Couple Soa Retreat, which included: • 10-minute Foot Bath • 60-minute Luscious Body Polish & Hair Spa Detox • 30-minute Ocean Floral Bath • 60-minute Luxury Body Massage (tailored to your preference) • 60-minute Aromatherapy Facial • Complimentary Hi-Tea rack with savouries and desserts From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, welcoming and attentive. The team checked in regularly (without being intrusive), made sure we were comfortable at every stage, and tailored the experience beautifully. Every single treatment felt intentional and luxurious — the body polish (coffee scrub) left my skin unbelievably soft, the massage was perfectly adjusted to my pressure preference, and the facial left my skin glowing. The ocean floral bath was such a romantic, relaxing touch for a couple’s retreat. And the hi-tea at the end was the perfect way to slowly come back to reality. Now I completely understand why it’s known as one of the best luxury spas — it truly lives up to its name. Highly, highly recommend. Worth every second.

Vibes, Relaxation & Pure Bliss at Ozmosis Spa KL! 💆‍♀️✨ Just had an incredible spa day at Ozmosis Spa KL inside the stunning Ascott Hotel, and wow — it was fantastic! 😍 From the moment I stepped in, the calming and the zen ambient type of vibes hit me and it was really soothing and peaceful moreover staff greeted me like royalty. The whole spa is like a perfect house for relaxation — super chic, serene, and totally IG-worthy. 🌿🕯️ My massage therapist was fantastic and prefectly trained🙌 She knows exactly the pressure point in my body and the flows Left the spa feeling completely recharged and stress-free! and yes the Ginger Tea was really good. If you're in KL and need a self-care day (or just want to treat yourself), you have to check out Ozmosis Spa. It's pure luxury, top-tier service, and 100% worth it. Had time for two package and it was amazing! Had to do last minute change of time and package as well, surprisingly I was accommodated! Ginem is amazing she is like a professional photographer trying to take our pictures/ videos before the session starts. Ginem and Marj both are very good in their massage technique and I fell asleep twice! It was a shame I hurt my right 2nd toe (likely a very small fracture) as I slipped when trying to get into jacuzzi not their fault at all but maybe just be careful! Will visit again for sure!

i did the time for two treatment(single). it was an amazing experience, from from desk to masseuse, everyone was really nice. i was tended to by ibu alis, she is very friendly, polite and very good at massaging. the service was perfect. would definitely recommend and i will come again
