Good location within the KL Sentral transport hub at Level 3 inside shopping centre Nu Sentral. I got the Thai traditional massage for 90 minutes. Masseur or therapist is a Thai lady . Request massage without oil therapy. The therapist would massage in a way that cover different parts of the body start from your leg. Using targeted strokes as well as acupoint and bit of stretching. I had a good massage and worth the price. As usual as in any other place, they wash your feet first, then will serve you tea and a warm towel at the start and end of session. Ambience was cozy and quiet. Individual room available. Service friendly and professional. Overall, okay acceptable and affordable place for a good massage…

60분코스 전통타이마사지를 받았어요 예약은굳이 안해도 받을수있어요. 들어가서 신발을 갈아신고 발을 닦아줍니다. 압을 3가지중에 골라야해요. 저는 미디움 했는데 좀 쎄서 받으면서 약하게로 바꿨어요. 환복 후에 차를 마시고 따뜻한손수건으로 손을 닦은 후 시작됩니다. 저는 어머니와 같은 방에서 받았고, 아주 만족스러웠어요. 60분동안 1분도 안쉬며 계속 정성스레해주셔서 아주 만족!!! 바로 아버지도 예약해드림 굿굿

I usually receive the best treatment from the male Thai therapists here. The centre only has two male masseurs, but they are really good and always polite to customers. However, today’s incident was unacceptable. The new cashier was very rude and even gave me a side-eye when I asked why I wasn’t informed through WhatsApp or a call if I was considered late. I was only 10 minutes late, yet she insisted that my appointment could no longer be 1 hour 30 minutes and reduced it to just 1 hour. When I asked again why there was no notification, she showed an attitude. I booked my session one day earlier with no issue, but today the way she spoke to me was very unprofessional. If she had simply said, "Sorry sir, our schedule is back-to-back and we can only serve you for 1 hour," I would have understood. I’m giving 3 stars only because the therapists themselves are excellent and truly among the best in town.

Had great foot massage here. Very clean and cozy environment. Staff very friendly and skilled . Great place to reset those feet after a long day of shopping and walking!
