Saya pergi untuk urut full body 1 jam lebih. Very disappointed. First impression is already bad. Saya perempuan tapi yang cuci kaki lelaki pula. Tukang urut masa urut tiada rasa. Ada masa pula tukang urut tu boleh berhenti. Dalam hati ni fikir adakah dia tertidur. Worse experience ever going to this massage spa. Such a waste of time and money. NOT GOING AGAIN AND NOT RECOMMENDED

I had the best massage experience with the GARA GARA Hot Stone package. Huge thank you to this therapist her name is "Yuri number 18" she is very professional, skilled, and attentive. The pressure was just right, and after the session, all my body pain was completely relieved. I felt so relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommended — definitely a 5-star therapist!🌟

Had the best massage after how long. Would like to thank my therapist (Inda or Linda? from Bali if I’m not mistaken) and her partner for being so considerate and thoughtful on my needs (I needed a tissue to wipe off my runny nose). They gave us advice on other package that we can take during our next visit based on our body needs. Minimal talking and more on being considerate. Good job to them ✨

Very disappointing experience. I am a member and came for my appointment but unfortunately forgot to bring my IC as I was rushing and left it at home. The staff insisted on a physical IC only and did not consider any alternatives at all. I offered my driving licence, which is also a valid government ID, but it was not accepted. I had already arrived after trying several times to secure a booking. The staff asked me to go home to take my IC, but my home is far, so I had to leave disappointed. Poor flexibility and lack of customer consideration. Would not recommend.

Very friendly and polite receptionist. Skillful and professional staff. Her name is Penny, from Bali. I tried Rm98 Thai massage, focus on stretching and deep pressure points. Very good 👍🏻 All prices displayed are not including the tax.. But one thing I noticed, Penny will tend to recommend the other treatment that is more expensive. Not the hard sell type but still, sometimes can be uncomfortable.

Amazing service as always. This is my go-to place whenever I am in need for a massage. This time I booked for the Gara-Gara Hot Stone and my partner booked the Signature Ombak. We both loved the service and our masseuse is always giving top-tier service. Receptionist however was a let-down. We had an appointment booked at 7PM and ms. Eyra told us to have a seat without asking if we had an appointment made. Due of this we started our massage past 7:20PM and missed our anniversary dinner reservation. What was the point of making a reservation at 7PM if it is not complied with?
