T'SPA Healthy Massage [r&f mall] JB

Had a great Head Spa session here . Left the spa feeling relaxed. The masseuse, Candy , was very attentive and kept making sure that the massage pressure was comfortable. Overall a good experience.

[Oct 2025] Plus: Tried the 1hr head spa and I enjoyed it very much. The env is peaceful (maybe also coz I went at 8pm) and the massage + washing felt very relaxing. Staff is skilful and polite. Book 1 day in advance to get 10% discount. Minus: Beds are separated by dividers only and we are supposed to change in our own space. When I’m done and walking out, I passed by other ladies changing. That can be quite uncomfortable. The ending part to blow dry my hair was done in a store room! Very uncomfortable too, sitting on a stool surrounded by boxes and storage stuff. Hope they can improve on this part. Quite a shame to end off in such shoddy manner after the well done part in front. [Dec 2025] Further Review - visited the spa again and glad to see curtains are now installed around each bed so there’s more privacy for changing 👍🏻 And proper seat for hair drying after session 👍🏻👍🏻 Candy (finally caught her name) is very skilful with such a pleasant personality. Appreciate her service truly.

Today, I made an appointment for a 30-minute head spa for two people here, but the results were not very good.From the moment the hair wash started the staff scrubbed my scalp using their fingernails without asking whether the pressure was comfortable. There was no communication at all. The neck and shoulder massage was also poorly done with excessive pressure applied directly on the bones which was painful rather than relaxing. When wrapping my hair they used a towel with an unpleasant smell and rubbed my hair roughly almost like washing clothes instead of gently drying it. During the blow-drying process, they did not ask how I wanted my hair dried and did not comb or detangle my hair beforehand. After less than 10 minutes I was told I could change clothes even though my hair was clearly still wet. I had to finish drying my hair myself. Overall the experience was stressful instead of relaxing. It felt rushed as if the staff were eager to finish and leave work. But their service attitude is not bad👍🏻

A nice massage place w friendly staff. The receptionist male and female both are friendly and approachable! I always come here for my massages and feels good when i leave. If u book them thru whatsapp before coming, you will have 10% discount too. They even provide chargers in all rooms for customers to charge phones.

I did the 60min hair spa super comfortable and relaxing. It’s a little hard to find as the mall is quite big. There is ground floor, level 1 and level 2. Go up the escalator from ground floor and find Guardian at level 1, follow my phone take the escalator on the left to go up and you will see T Spa. Highly recommend and will visit again. Just finished a 90 minute traditional Thai massage with my wife. I had Ah Char #22 therapist and she was great. Super deep! My wife had Ah Nyi Ngaw #26 and she was very good. The beds were incredible… electrically operated and super soft. Best beds ever. Highly recommended!
