按摩服务很好，店内装修新，环境舒适放松，客服人员也非常友善。 虽然 Google 上的评分不算高，但亲自体验后发现真的是一家宝藏按摩院。 下次一定还会再来！

Clean place, but really poor massage techniques What I like about them - The environment is clean, modern, and well renovated. I also appreciated the warm lemongrass tea served after the massage which was a nice touch. What’s really disappointing - Unfortunately, the massage itself was very disappointing, especially given the slightly higher price point. I clearly informed the first masseuse to focus on my neck, lower back, and thighs. While she was polite and checked in often, her technique was overly forceful and uncomfortable. Her hands felt rough (possibly calluses), and using her elbow directly on my spine was painful. After two painful incidents on my lower back, I had to stop the session. First was when she forcefully rub on my lower back bone, second was her calluses. A second masseuse came in but did not properly check my needs which I assume that they might have already communicated before coming and proceeded to start the massage session. Covering areas I did not request. Oil was also applied before i can stop it, and the strength between her two hands felt noticeably uneven, which was quite unprofessional. I came here due to social media hype and claims of TCM-style massage, which raised my expectations given the pricing. The setup is attractive, but the actual massage experience is definitely overrated. This will be my first and last visit.

Getting a massage was an impromptu decision and we booked for 8pm, but due to crowds in restaurants we delayed the massage until 10pm but the staff was very polite and patient with allowing us to move the timing backwards 🥹 We got two guys helping us and their strength was enough!! They were observant enough to ask whether the strength is ok. We opt for foot massage 1 hour (RM64.90 per pax after SST). They were chatty but didn’t really talk too much which is ok for us. Seems like there is not much customers nowadays too like they have shared. The massage also ended with a hot tea 🙂 They led us into a private room with no extra costs? Unlike other places that need like +20RM which is quite sus Not sure what part of it is tcm but the massage strength was good = I ok The only downside is they didn’t help or asked us to wash our feet??? Not sure whats the SOP hahaha but I saw that they got wash hands la overall I would go again just for a simple foot massage ☺️

had.been seeing this in social media and wanted to try, but I ws a little disappointed as what I saw in IG video and the actual place was abit different. I started to judge, the room condition need a revamp, etc…The masseur (#18) came in, she did body massage first and breast and stomach later. The cupping they used were bamboo not the glass type, I was thinking I won’t come back again. But when she did the breast and stomach massage, her skill was very good, so far the best I had tried in JB and I asked her for her number so I can book her in future. After the massage, I went back to the reception and realised they are going thru upgrading. -------- Came in a week later and the renovated area is done. i signed up for RM1000 package which come with RM1200 credits. ------- 3rd visit on a weekday afternoon and i was given a VIP room. #18 told me, next time can try Sandra who is the trainer for B&O.

Had a great experience here. The staff were professional, the environment was clean and relaxing, and the massage really helped relieve my tension. Will definitely come back!
