I had a great session at this massage parlour. Did a 60 min foot and 60 body at around 150 ringgits ++ with service surcharges. It was excellent and my male masseur Ali is a very good and polite guy. He even ask me whether i am okay if harder or softer massage which i chose the latter. After the massage i was even ask if needing a shower and i gladly accept the good offer. Overall Thai Star Empire brings a good day for me today. Thank you! I will recommend my friends to come!

During our department's recent retreat to Johor Bahru, we elected to indulge in massages following a shopping excursion at Mid Valley. However, the exorbitant prices at the aforementioned establishment prompted us to seek an alternative, and thus we were directed to Thai Star Empire Reflexology & Spa by a colleague. Of our party of seven, only five were able to receive treatments, owing to a lack of available space. I opted for a foot massage, and was profoundly disappointed with the experience. Not only did the masseuse exhibit a marked lack of strength, even upon my explicit request for greater pressure, but her technique was also demonstrably deficient. I felt that she failed to target the appropriate pressure points entirely. Whilst the massage chairs themselves were comfortable and provided adequate support, the paramount consideration remains the quality of the massage itself, which was, regrettably, found wanting. Furthermore, the treatment was priced at RM88 for a mere hour, which I considered to be excessively high. I am of the opinion that a far superior and more prolonged massage could have been obtained for a similar outlay elsewhere. Personally, I cannot recommend Thai Star Empire Reflexology & Spa. The combination of unskilled therapists, high prices, and limited availability makes for a disappointing experience.

Was looking for a massage that opened earlier and found this. Place was quite clean and vibes of the staff were quite good compared to the chain massage shops like Bangkok spa. Was served by no. 27 and very pleased. Will recommend!

Was able to get a slot by walking in. Requested for extra strong masseuse, and the front desk recommended a male therapist. Received a foot rinse, before proceeding with the treatment. he was terribly weak, simply rubbing without proper kneading. kept tell him to go stronger but he barely made any effort at all. session ended with just randomly playing with my scalp. worse, most underwhelming massage ever. not coming back here.

Proper Thai massage in the heart of JB. Very easy to reach and very good service. We had messuse 39 and 10 and they were both very gentle yet firm. Definitely go for the tiger balm when you get the message as it opens up all the pores. Definitely coming back.
