Overall is okay. Cuma tukang urut cakap slow sangat & tak paham melayu.

My teenage son and I went for the 60 min 5 senses therapy. It’s their signature treatment. Enjoyable. My masseuse is gentle and polite. So was my son’s. He is quite ticklish but really enjoyed the whole treatment. The foot soak while getting massage was quite an interesting experience. One thing to note, Siam oasis collects a 50RM per pax deposit non refundable upon booking. The receptionist forgot to deduct the deposit when I returned 2 hours later for my appointment and charged me the full amount. Luckily I suddenly remembered and had the lady void the transaction. Else I would have paid 100RM extra!

Clean, neat and tidy place. Friendly and gd service staff. Tried theor 5 senses massage 60min.. overall a positive experience. Located at 3F inside Paradigm Mall Johor. Near escalator. Wasroom available on site. Their correspondence and replies via Whatsapp can be improved though. More timely and accurate replies

Had a wonderful experience at Siam Oasis Paradigm Mall. The ambience is calm, clean, and very relaxing from the moment you step in. Had Sacha Inci Aromatherapy Oil. Special mention to the massager Brin — she is extremely skilled, professional, and attentive to pressure points. One of the best massages I’ve had; truly helped relieve my tension and stress. Their treatments range from traditional Thai massage and aromatherapy to foot and back healing therapies, so you can choose something light or more intensive depending on how tired you are. You’re usually offered tea before or after the session, which adds to the overall pampering feel. Prices are on the higher side compared with basic massage shops outside, but the quality of treatment, ambience and service makes it feel worth it. Overall – a great choice if you want a proper spa-style Thai massage experience in a comfortable mall setting

Had a fantastic experience here. Cozy and comforting ambience,there's also private rooms(partitions) so I definitely felt more comfortable.Had the 1 hour foot massage with shoulder add-on. Would like to specially thank Ms Brin for her skilled and professional massage, she was also really attentive when applying pressure. Had a really relaxing session,really relieved the tension I had. I am in doubt of the 5 stars rating or maybe I did not happen to meet a good masseur. The 2 stars rating given is for the cleaned outlet, good atmosphere and soothing background music. We took the 5 senses 90mins signature massage. The back and shoulder massage isnt nice at all which you laid on the couch lay, facing up and the masseur just use her finger and push your shoulder up. The so called head, shoulder, hand massage is basically rubbing on the skin and i only feel the masseur bascially just went through the motion without exerting pressure at all. At the price of about RM180, I will rather go to other Thai massage.
