The place is spacious, clean, quiet and plays soothing music. I did the one hour foot and half an hour upper body massage. Pinky though young but skillful. She knows where to press on the different accupoint on my foot and is precise in massaging them. She also used the hot stone to end off for the foot massage. I was amazed at how the arm chair was transformed into a massage bed where I did my 30mins of upper body massage. Thank you Pinky for giving me a good massage experience in ipoh! 😊Reasonable price and highly recommend!

I recently visited this massage place and was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I walked in, the staff were so friendly and made me feel comfortable. But the real star was the massage itself – the skill level was absolutely fantastic! My therapist addressed my areas of tension perfectly. It was one of the best massages I've had. The entire experience was wonderful, and I will definitely be returning!

Did the upper body massage for an hour. The therapist was good, firmly pressed all the spots. Very clean, modern and well maintained place. There's a happy hour discount for 10% before 5 p.m. I believe. The price is okay, around average in Ipoh. They also served warm ginger tea after the session. Will definitely return!

I like the ambience. Not many people. Shop was clean and spacious with the soft music. Parking was difficult and you have to be very patient. Took the foot and body massage package. Hear say the popular guy is David in the picture but I was able to get him as he was too busy. Got the indo guy instead and was surprised he had the skills of the Chinese sifu so it is really worth my money as I know the foot massage effect will last a few days. Would recommend this place as it is managed by locals and some female massuaer was local too. Btw they put sea salt in the water to wash my feet. Something new to me.

I had an amazing experience at Wellness Factory. The staff (Mr. David) is incredibly knowledgeable in this field. He is able to identify the issues with my body and helped me release the tension spots. The interior and ambiance of the place is great and well maintained. I absolutely love their sofa as it might be the most comfortable among all the other massage parlor in Ipoh. Price is reasonable and you can even get a discount for being their member.
